How do I measure my wall for a custom mural?
Measure the maximum width and height of your wall in centimeters or inches. We recommend adding an extra 5-10cm (2-4 inches) to both dimensions to allow for a safety margin during installation.
What is the difference between Peel & Stick and Paste-the-Wall wallpaper?
Peel & Stick is a self-adhesive fabric that is removable and repositionable, making it ideal for renters. Paste-the-Wall is a traditional non-woven material that requires wallpaper paste for application and offers a classic, permanent finish.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each mural is printed to order. Production typically takes 2-4 business days, and shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Can I install the wallpaper on textured walls?
For the best results, we recommend installing our murals on smooth, clean, and dry surfaces. Heavily textured walls may prevent the adhesive from bonding correctly or cause the texture to show through the material.
What is your return policy for custom murals?
Since our murals are custom-made to your specific wall dimensions, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Are the wallpapers environmentally friendly?
Yes, we use eco-friendly, UL ECOLOGO and GREENGUARD Gold certified inks. Our materials are PVC-free and safe for use in nurseries, hospitals, and schools.
